Vegetarian and vegan food
Our ambition is to source, prepare and eat in a way that is kind to ourselves and the planet. This means we cook vegetarian food and use local, organic produce wherever possible. We work with a number of chefs and are happy to discuss and adapt to requirements wherever possible.
Cook for yourselves
We have all the pots, pans, glasses and plates you need if your plan is to self-cater. There is a dishwasher, six-hob cooker, fridges and freezer. The kitchen is in the west wing directly next to the dining room for easy access.
We`ve designed this room so it can move between an intimate formal dining space for celebrations and a more relaxed style canteen to feed the starving masses, of up to 50. There is an open fire place for the cooler evenings and an alcove to enjoy the summer ones.
